I then set the temp to max it seems hot air comes out, drop it back to 27 and. cool air again.. So reading the manual, there is possible answers to my 2 issues. When the car starts, invariably the heat on the passenger side will climb to max. You can stop it by touching the DUAL button but it seems to have a mind of its own and will climb again randomly. The Ford dealer seems to know of the problem but won't tell me the fix or cost. They want me to bring it in for a diagnostic test.
