If you like the Mk5 GTI you will enjoy Mk6 Edition 35 ownership. Ok it maybe ÂŁ10k more but it will be seven years newer so seems about right. I own and enjoy both models. The Ed35 is basically an improved and newer Ed30 but about four times more exclusive in total UK deliveries.
