I enjoy it a lot but I don’t strictly play it as if it was in real life. Sometimes I run red lights if I get impatient. If I ever get a wheel, pedals, and 3 monitors / VR googles then I’d probably adopt a more serious simulation experience

There is no interior cabin light. The closest you can get without a mod is with cabin accessories that mount a lighted sign in the rear of the sleeper cabin. And the mods that add interior lights are forced to tie the activation to the beacon switch since there is no dedicated light in the vanilla game. #1.
